Each player is permitted to hold only one ernphp account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ernphp account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
ernphp reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to:
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ernphp may result in the suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ernphp account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your account.
ernphp strongly recommends that you:
ernphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified ernphp of a security breach in a timely manner.
ernphp accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your ernphp account. ernphp does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Anti-Money Laundering: ernphp is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposits are subject to monitoring. ernphp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit and to delay or refuse processing of any transaction that raises compliance concerns.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ernphp's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ernphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the ernphp platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. ernphp does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Services.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.
ernphp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ernphp reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ernphp platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ernphp operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ernphp may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
